At the end of the training the delegate will be able to:

• Describe how the Crane is designed to function under tandem lift conditions
• Describe what equipment calibration certificates and checks are required to comply with the
  relevant rules and regulations
• Avoid the Cranes being placed in an unstable condition
• Demonstrate their ability to read a work / Lift plan and communicate its content effectively
• Correctly attach and use the lifting accessories to ensure a safe lif
• Control the movement of the Cranes taking into account:
  • Condition of the track
  • Cant
  • Gradient
  • Load height & Radius
  • Machine Sectors
• Describe what information needs to be given to the Driver/Operator and how to confirm the Driver/Operator understands the extent of the movement / lift
