Rail Core Modules

The Core modules are intended for candidates who wish to work on or near the line on Network Rail’s infrastructure. The modules are designed to provide individuals with the:
* Rules and regulations that are in force for personal safety which need to be observed when working ‘On or Near the Line’ on the Railway Infrastructure.
* Core knowledge required to become a machine operator or machine controller and to enable them to continue to gain further On-track Plant Operator, Machine Controller and Crane Controller competencies.
